Laurel Gilroy Obituary
Laurel Mavis Gilroy (Ebert), 71, of Oxbow, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 surrounded by her family.
Laurel was born in Oxbow, Saskatchewan to John and Kinta Ebert. She worked for many years as the town administrator in Bienfait. She was known as an avid reader and a passionate supporter of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Greg Gilroy; her children, Warren (Rulene) Gilroy of Regina and Lynette (Nathan) Fehr of Calgary; two grandchildren, Hunter and Hailey; and her aunt, Joyce Hadland of Vancouver. She was predeceased by her parents.
In keeping with her wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
